Turning “Aspiration” into “Co-creation”: How to Navigate SHAKE H

Date and timeFebruary 24th (Tue.) 13:00 – 13:40
LocationFormer Hokkaido Government Office Building (Red Brick Building)
“AKARENGA HALL A” 2nd Floor

In this session, frontline representatives from the Hokkaido Prefectural Government, Sapporo City, Otaru City, and STARTUP HOKKAIDO will come together.

We will dive deep into the reality behind the term “Public-Private Partnership,” discussing real-world examples and how to effectively utilize the assets held by local governments and corporations. We will clarify the true necessity of collaboration in Hokkaido today and define concrete first steps.

Moving beyond simple case studies, this session provides the perspective needed to view the subsequent “Demo Day” and the following day’s startup exhibition not as a “spectator,” but as an “active participant.” This is a must-attend onboarding session designed to transform SHAKE H into a productive field for co-creation.
